Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Konakick ("we", "us", "our") is an independent fan platform that lets football supporters vote on tactical decisions during live matches. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Konakick. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at security@konakick.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person, club, or official.
• Attempt to manipulate votes, certificates, or leaderboards.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use Konakick for gambling or any regulated betting activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without notice.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the chat messages, votes, and other content you submit. You grant Konakick a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating the service (including showing it to other users and on shareable certificates).

5. Pro subscriptions

Konakick Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

6. Not affiliated with any club or league

Konakick is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football club, league, federation, broadcaster, or governing body. All team and player names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that match data, minute timings, or fixture information will always be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konakick is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any decision you make based on content you read on the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
